Beautiful chaos - including one shoe off and a half eaten banana!

We've all been there. You're rushing, you're frustrated, you're sweating profusely. Here I was juggling a shopping cart full of groceries, my toddler son in the seated area of the cart, and my newborn baby girl dangling from my arm in her, what feels like 50 lb.,  car seat carrier. As I rushed through one particular store aisle, I tried hard to dodge at least eight cardboard pop-up displays. I thought I was in the clear until I sharply rounded a corner and poor baby girl, hanging on my arm in her car seat carrier, was knocked into a display of diet pills. The entire display fell over, knocking bottles upon bottles of pills out of the tall structure and sending them spilling into the main aisle. Of course she awoke—crying—as I fumbled trying to replace the items.

That day will forever be burned into memory. After that humiliating and inconvenient trip, I knew there had to be a better way. When there wasn't one to be found, I knew I had to create something to help other moms experience a better, easier, and less stressful shopping trip. In that moment, Cart Mama was born.

I am so excited to bring you Cart Mama.

After multiple rounds of making prototypes, testing them at various stores, and maybe even a stolen shopping cart that sat in my living room for some time, the final Cart Mama was born. I designed the product to have every convenient feature possible—from a handy pocket to hold coupons, keys, and your phone, to adjustable straps so Cart Mama can be used on any cart. It's made of durable, washable fabric, is manufactured in the USA, and has two large, elastic pockets that can hold 30 lbs. of goodies—so you can do it all in one trip.

I am so excited to bring you Cart Mama. Cart Mama is a product I know you'll love—whether you're a mom of one, five, or if they're grown and out of the house. From my family to yours, I hope you enjoy all that Cart Mama has to offer.

With love and gratitude—

The Cart Mama Team
